About YOU
The Maintenance Supervisor is directly responsible to the Maintenance Manager or DOM in his absences. Supervises and oversees maintenance personnel and maintenance performed on company aircraft to ensure aircraft maintenance is performed safely and in accordance with all FAA and Company regulations, policies, procedures and standards. Ensures facility, tooling and equipment is maintained in compliance with Company and OSHA regulations. Assist the Manager of Maintenance in managing the Maintenance operations.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (essential requirement)
Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturer's Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc. (essential requirement)
6 years’ A&P experience on similar aircraft (essential requirement)
4 years’ Supervisory, lead experience or equivalent (essential requirement)
5 years experience on Embraer EMB-145 aircraft (essential requirement)
Able to occasionally lift or move up to 75lbs. (essential requirement)
Must be able to see to perform work and to see approaching vehicles, aircraft and machinery (essential requirement)
