About YOU

The Director of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for the overall strategy, management, and administration of the Company’s employee compensation and benefits programs, including health & welfare, retirement, salary and variable compensation. You play a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive and cost-effective programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and alignment with Human Resources objectives and industry standards.

Fine Print

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (essential requirement)
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • A minimum of 10 years’ combined experience in compensation and benefits with at least 5 years of people and program management experience at the manager level or above (essential requirement)
  • At least one of the following certifications, or within one year from hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or equivalent (essential requirement)
  • Ability to develop a clear, realistic, and actionable vision, and provide a results-oriented strategy (essential requirement)
  • Ability to use customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience (essential requirement)
  • Ability to build, motivate, and lead high performing team (essential requirement)
  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite (essential requirement)
  • Ability to manage projects and assignments from start to completion (essential requirement)
  • Ability to think critically and independently resolve problems (essential requirement)
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to offer insights and recommendations (essential requirement)
  • Ability to ensure efficient workflow and implement best practices and process improvements (essential requirement)

Pay & Perks

Compensation range is $130,000 - $140,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.

  • Short-term Incentive Bonus depending on company performance
