Description & Requirements

About YOU:

Provide on-site support to Supervisors, create, and maintain an environment where the Airport Services Concierge team can accomplish their objectives. Support the General Manager in meeting operational performance targets and monitoring the station operation budget. Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, budget/cost and productivity achievement and rigorous process execution through Airport Supervisors and Concierges. The Duty Manager is ultimately responsible to set their stations up for success, effective execution, and continuous improvement in the short and long term.

Fine Print:

  • High School Diploma (essential requirement)
  • Valid Driver's License (essential requirement)
  • 3 Years Airport operations experience (essential requirement)
  • 5 years+ face-to-face Customer Service (essential requirement)
  • 2 years Supervisory experience (essential requirement)
  • Must be able to travel often (essential requirement)
  • Ability to lift to 75 pounds (essential requirement)
  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of standing (essential requirement)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays (essential requirement)
  • Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines (essential requirement)
  • This position is required to be in person at our stations (essential requirement)

 

Pay & Perks:

Compensation range $60,000 - $65,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
