About YOU:

As the Manager, Channel Sales, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our channel sales efforts by managing business relationships with travel agencies. You will work closely with our Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to build and execute a robust channel sales strategy. In this role, you will use your experience in channel development, relationship management, and strategic planning to expand our reach and drive value through our partner ecosystem. Success in this role is measured by overall revenue through the channel, growth in revenue from existing relationships, and how we work with channel partners to grow revenue from corporate customers.

Fine Print:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, define sales targets, and create strategies to achieve mutual goals.
  • Drive pipeline growth and revenue through proactive management of partner-led sales opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales efforts and improve partner effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with our sales goals and strategies.
  • Develop training and enablement programs to ensure partners have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell JSX.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to support channel initiatives.
  • Lead strategic projects and initiatives that contribute to the success and scalability of our channel sales efforts.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel, GDS technology, travel agency processes and systems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, and/or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.

 

Pay & Perks:

Compensation range is base pay of $80,000 - $90,000 + commission. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
