About YOU

The Manager of Procurement will organize and manage all corporate contracts to develop and support the execution of the procurement strategy. You will work collaboratively across departments to evaluate business requirements, develop business cases, RFPs, review contracts, and evaluation. You will design, initiate, support, and evaluate RFPs. You will be an integral part of supporting contracts for corporate real estate, ground handling agreements, fuel suppliers, maintenance agreements, and others as needed. You will need to be familiar with insurance requirements and coordinate insurance contract review and COIs. You will work independently under organizational guidelines and corporate values to achieve department objectives and goals.

Fine Print

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Materials Management, or related field (essential requirement)
  • 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in Purchasing/Procurement (essential requirement)
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel (essential requirement)
  • Procurement certification such as APICS and/or CPM (essential requirement)
  • Process improvement certification such as Six Sigma (essential requirement)
  • Experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Alteryx, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc. (essential requirement)
  • High level of communication skills, both verbal and written (essential requirement)
  • Able to connect with people and display emotional intelligence (essential requirement)
  • Able to analyze business projects and contracts (essential requirement)
  • Able to develop and monitor supplier performance goals and objectives (essential requirement)

 

Pay & Perks

Compensation range is $90,000 - $100,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
