About You:
The Manager, Flight Safety Programs primary role is to ensure and enhance aviation safety by managing and administering key safety programs at JSX. As a successful candidate, you will have a high level of analytical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards. You must also be able to effectively manage data, communicate findings, and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve safety outcomes.

Fine Print:
- Manages the day-to-day operations of ASAP, FOQA, and Fatigue programs, generating related reports, and assisting the Event Review Committee, FOQA Management Team (FMT), and Fatigue Risk Review Committee (FRRC) in reviewing and analyzing data.
- Supports the FOQA Program with daily administration and efforts to ensure analysis of flight data for the purpose of improved airline safety.
- Assists in the production of reports and briefings on ASAP, FOQA, and Fatigue activity, case resolutions and trends and issues identified through the program.
- Compile and present ASAP and FOQA data summaries for use by senior management, regulators, pilots and other internal workgroups as appropriate.
- High School diploma (essential requirement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including database and spreadsheet programs (essential requirement)
- Strong organizational and time management skills (essential requirement)
- Ability to handle numerous projects at one time and meet deadlines (essential requirement)
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision (essential requirement)
