About YOU

As the Manager, Maintenance Programs and Planning, you will ensure a current, applicable, and cost-effective scheduled maintenance program, provide efficient maintenance planning, and to provide oversight over the maintenance planning and programs functions.

Fine Print

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (essential requirement)
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Embraer 135 /145 fleet aircraft maintenance (essential requirement)
  • Experience in administering a maintenance inspection or continued airworthiness maintenance program (essential requirement)
  • Knowledgeable of FAA regulations (essential requirement)
  • Knowledge of multiple aircraft subsystems: airframe, mechanical, electrical, avionics (essential requirement) 
  • Working knowledge of report writing/editing; creating meeting minutes; preparing briefing material and creating/assisting in the development of technical documents (essential requirement) 
  • Experience in System Safety Analysis (SSA), or equivalent (essential requirement) 
  • Skilled in Microsoft and Google Suites (essential requirement) 

Pay & Perks

Compensation range $90,000 - $100,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
