About YOU

As a Powerplant Engineer, you will be providing in-depth knowledge, skill, and experience relating primarily to aircraft Powerplant and APUs as well as associated alteration and repair programs. You will conduct daily task activities to monitor, assess, and take appropriate actions needed to maintain aircraft equipment safely, reliably, and economically. In addition, you will be a liaison directly with equipment manufacturers and service providers to develop and produce technical data and documents used in the maintenance and repair of company engines. Lastly, you will provide after hour support to Maintenance Control during AOG situations.

Fine Print

  • High School Diploma or GED (essential requirement)
  • Degree in Aviation Engineering (can be substitued with experience)
  • Valid driver’s license (essential requirement) 
  • Violation free FAA Powerplant License (essential requirement)
  • 3 - 5 years maintaining Rolls Royce AE3007A series model engines. (essential requirement)
  • Managing Engine Health Monitoring program through detailed review of engine performance data (CMC) (essential requirement) 
  • Working knowledge of report writing/editing; creating meeting minutes; preparing briefing material and creating/assisting in the development of technical documents. (essential requirement)
  • Good communication skills and able to read and write fluently in the English language. (essential requirement) 
  • Able to obtain a Secure Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge (essential requirement)

 

Pay & Perks

Compensation range $100,000.00 - $110,000.00/annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
