About YOU:
The Ramp Duty Manager will provide operational leadership and strategic support for all team members at the local level and is accountable for a successful partnership between JSX and its customers. This role may be responsible for managing all aspects of ground operations performance, baggage, transfers, leading safety programs, and ensuring an engaged, highly productive team. A ramp Duty Manager will oversee the ramp operations. Your job duties include directing the loading and unloading of baggage into the aircraft, ensuring the ramp is functioning properly, and checking to make sure staff complies with all airport and government regulations.

Fine Print:
- High School Degree (essential requirement).
- Must be able to travel often (essential requirement).
- 2+ years Supervisor/Manager experience in airline ramp operations (essential requirement).
- 2+ years working in a management position and familiar with such duties and responsibilities (essential requirement).
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (essential requirement).
- Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of standing (essential requirement).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays (essential requirement).
- Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines (essential requirement).
- This position is required to be in person at our stations (essential requirement).
- Proven leadership skills.
- 5 years of interacting with customers/people delivering services face-to-face.
Pay & Perks:
Compensation range $60,000 - $65,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
