Fine Print
- Associate Degree or equivalent (essential requirement)
- Responsible for representing JSX and engaging with customers via our social/chat platforms. Answer customers' inquiries and engage with their posts regarding all aspects of their travel on JSX including booking and changing or canceling reservations. May also be required to act as a Customer Support Representative and assist customers over the phone or via e-mail.
- One year experience in a customer support environment (essential requirement)
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (essential requirement)
- Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (essential requirement)
- Proficient keyboard skills (essential requirement)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, middays, nights, overnights, weekends and holidays (essential requirement)
- Read, write, and speak English fluently (essential requirement)
- This position is a work from home position based in Dallas. A wired internet connection is required. Must have the ability to work in-office once a month and during initial training. Based on operational need, this can change and working in-office full-time may be required. (essential requirement)
- Ability to handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of knowledge, courtesy and professionalism to resolve issues on the first contact
- Assist customers with website and mobile navigation needs
Pay & Perks
Compensation is $18.00/hr. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
