About You:
The Senior Manager of Hospitality Training and Quality Assurance will play a critical role in elevating operational performance and quality across both Operations and Airport Services training programs. This leader will ensure the highest standards of hospitality, training, and quality assurance are upheld across the organization. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, this role will help develop, maintain, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), drive continuous improvement, and support the creation of a future department focused on strategy and innovation.

Fine Print:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of hospitality-focused training programs for Operations and Airport Services teams.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, using data-driven insights to enhance training content and delivery.
- Collaborate with the Director of Airport Services and other key stakeholders to create, update, and refine SOPs for all Operations and Airport Services, with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Partner with managers and frontline leaders to develop talent within the team, promoting continuous learning and professional development aligned with hospitality standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on best practices for hospitality standards, quality assurance, and training methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Aviation, or a related field; or equivalent experience. (essential requirement)
- 5+ years of managerial experience in training management, quality assurance, and compliance within the aviation, hospitality, or transportation industry. (essential requirement)
- Strong knowledge of operations, airport services, and regulatory compliance. (essential requirement)
- Ability to travel as needed to support training and quality assurance across various locations. (essential requirement)
