Description & Requirements

About YOU

As a successful candidate, you will support aircraft maintenance with parts, materials, and services for normal activities including after hours and AOG events. You will ensure all parts for scheduled maintenance events are on site prior to work commencing. You will need to restock inventory / supplies and performing inventory cycle counts at all stations. Ensure accuracy of inventory tracking via the Traxxall MMS database and ensure parts and supplies are readily available at stations for AMTs. You will Proactively manage all station inventories, tooling and GSE. Consistently drive accuracy and productivity goals by utilizing analytical management tools to monitor performance. Process and ensure shipment of all routable parts cores for return/overhaul/repair in the agreed time frames. Responsible for identifying parts locations, loading and organizing assets into the Traxxall MMS database, management of parts issues, receipts, turn-ins, and methods of shipment.

Fine Print

  • Flexible work schedule required including shift, weekend, and holidays (essential requirement)
  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting or standing (essential requirement)
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors (essential requirement)
  • Able to occasionally lift 75 pounds (essential requirement)
  • Travel up to 25% as needed to other bases (essential requirement)
  • High School Education (essential requirement)
  • 2 years Inventory Management Experience (essential requirement)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written and must be fluent in English (essential requirement)
