As a successful Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of accounts payable and other payment-related activities within the organization. The role requires experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle from PO creation and invoice receipt through to payment. Ensure all accounts payable transactions are accurately recorded into the accounting ERP (Sage Intaact)
- Collaborate with other accounting department staff to accurately capture monthly AP related accruals
- Responsible for the Accounts Payable subledger and the inputs therein
- Investigate and resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices and purchase orders by working with internal departments as well as vendors
- Process transactions and perform certain accounting duties in conjunction with the month end close
- Manage invoice/email inboxes to ensure invoices are captured timely
- Prepare weekly payments (checks, ACH, wires) and ensure they are made accurately and timely
- Maintain vendor records in compliance with Company policy
- Assist with the maintenance and processing of SAP Concur and company credit cards
- Build relationships with vendors and internal departments
- Complete accounts payable related audit requests and promptly respond to auditor inquiries
- Monitor vendor discount opportunities and inform the Controller of such opportunities
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Fine Print:
- 10+ years of experience processing accounts payable for medium/large organization (essential requirement)
- Related college coursework (Accounting major preferred)
- Experience with enterprise accounting software (highly preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (highly preferred)
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Experience with SAGE and Concur Software preferred
- Stampli Expereince prefered
Pay & Perks:
Compensation range for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
